Budget Reports

The Budget division develops, prepares and monitor the Town’s Annual Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Program.  This process includes revenue forecasting, expenditure analysis and salary forecasting. The Town Administrator and Town Financial Administrator formulate budgetary recommendations that are reviewed with the Town Council during the Council’s vision and goal setting sessions and it’s then presented to the Town residents via a budget workshop and two public hearings in which the Mayor and Council members cast their votes for its adoption.
