OpenBids is the sole official source for Town solicitations, including all documents, addenda, clarifications, notices, and award postings. Any information obtained from any other source is for convenience only and is not binding on the Town. Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring the portal and ensuring receipt and acknowledgement of all addenda prior to submission. Failure to acknowledge addenda may render a bid non-responsive.
