The Town of Southwest Ranches shall conduct a special council meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. to discuss and/or take action on the following legal matter in preparation for Conflict Resolution Procedures as outlined in Chapter 164 Florida Statutes:

1. City of Pembroke Pines v. Town of Southwest Ranches
Case No. 164 Filed by Pembroke Pines (Franklin Academy)

The meeting shall be held in the Southwest Ranches Grand Oaks Conference Room, 13400 Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330.
