Agricultural Classification is a property tax assessment category of the Broward County Property Appraiser that values land based on its agricultural use value instead of full market value. 

For land to be granted Agricultural Classification, the use of the land must be primarily for bona fide commercial agriculture as of January 1st of the application year.
