The Town of Southwest Ranches contracts services on an as- needed basis, and pursuant to its adopted Procurement Code. The Town advertises contract solicitations on Demand Star, in the Sun-Sentinel, and as may otherwise be required by law.

Complete solicitation packages are not posted on-line. A copy of the advertisement and complete solicitation may be requested via email to: jromance@southwestranches.org or picked up at Town Hall. Depending upon the size of the package, there may be a charge for a copy. Please contact Juanita Romance, Deputy Town Clerk, at (954) 434-0008 for more information. If a fee is required, payment for bid/proposal packages must be made with COMPANY OR CASHIER'S CHECKS, made payable to the Town of Southwest Ranches, or cash.

PROPOSERS: Please make sure that ALL paperwork has been properly filled out, and that all required signatures and supporting documentation are included in your bid or proposal prior to submission to the Town. Failure to follow the terms and conditions of the particular solicitation may result in your bid or proposal being rejected by the Town.

 


Vendor List

The Town of Southwest Ranches does not maintain a Vendor List. Services are procured on an as needed basis, and advertised in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes and Town policies.
