Bids & RFPs

The Town of Southwest Ranches contracts all services through contracts. RFB's, RFP's and RLI's are sought on an as needed basis. The Town publishes these avertisements in the Daily Business Review, on Onvia Demand Star, and on the Town's homepage under "LEGAL NOTICES".

Complete packages are not posted on-line; however, they may be picked up at Town Hall or e--mailed (if the package is small enough and there is no fee). There is a charge for some of the larger bid packages, so please contact Town Hall at (954) 434-0008 for more information. If a fee is required, payment for bid/proposal packages must be made with COMPANY OR CASHIER'S CHECKS , made payable to the Town of Southwest Ranches- NO EXCEPTIONS!

PROPOSERS: Please make sure that ALL paperwork has been properly filled out and that all required signatures and supporting documentation are included in your bid prior to the bid opening. Failure to follow this rule may disqualify your bid as non-responsive.


Vendor List

The Town of Southwest Ranches does not maintain a Vendor List. Services are procured on an as needed basis, and advertised in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes and Town policies.
